Steps
1.Download the plugin from Download Link
2.Signup for Snap Shots in this link and generate the code. The code will be like

See the 32 digit number 83765ecc0b0397fd3f41574b103ff746 – This is your site id.Note down this
3.Upload the zip file that you downloaded using your wordpress control panel (Plugins>Add New)
4.Install and activate the plugin
5.Take Settings>SnapShot and submit the site id that we already noted down
4.Save the changes and you are done….
Note : By default, Snap Shots are turned OFF for links to other pages at the same domain. To turn them ON for internal links, log in to your Snap Shots account, and from the dashboard, click “Edit” for the site for which you want to change this setting. On the “Look & Feel” page, expand the “Advanced Settings” section and make sure the checkbox next to “Enable Snap Shots for Internal links” is CHECKED (note that this checkbox is different than the “Enable Snap Shots for External links”). Then, click the “Save” button.

actually i dont like this feature…i hv seen this feauture in some sites nd hv tried my best to stay away from those links…
Yes true..its irritating to some extent.The thing i found useful in some sites is the user s can join the rss or read the rss with out goin to the link.What realy impress me how they are able to do it simply using client side java script
