The BenQ JoyBook Lite U101 ultra-Portable NetBook PC is powered by 1.3 GHz Intel Ultra Low Voltage ATOM Z520 Processor with 512-KB 2 L2 Cache @ 533 MHz FSB with Intel 945GSE + ICH7M Chipset Motherboard and the laptop offers 1-GB DDR2 SDRAM (upgradable to 2-GB maximum), and 160 GB SATA single hard disk. No optical drive is packed with netbook.
