Cellular Network ECRM is mobile phone post-paid bill-enquiry system. ECRM is mainly used for maintain the relation with the organization and the clients. Here we are presenting an Electronic Customer Relation Management system for the post-paid customers of Hutch Telecoms. Currently most of all customer relation system is automated in Hutch. But here we are automating some additional features, which is not currently available. Online registration for availing plan / account information.

Web-based viewing of previous bills.
IVR based enabling / disabling cellular services.
IVR based billing (previous / unbilled amount) information retrieval.
IVR based previous bill emailing to a specified email account.
