Here is an amazing software using which you can change the picture in the login screen of Windows 7 each time you login.Windows 7 Logon Screen Rotator is a  program will let you chose up to 10 images to rotate through on your Windows 7 logon screen.

The procedure is simple and self explainable..You just need to browse and select the image which need to be displayed on the login screen
