Skoda Motors has launched its  face lifted version  of its popular model Laura in India.The  model will be available in 3  engine variants.One petrol and two diesel variants.The petrol variant is loaded with 1.8L Tsi turbocharged engine with 160 bhp and 250 Nm of torque as in Skoda Superb.The diesel variant is equipped with 1.9l TDi and 2L 16-valve,four cylinder,DOHC Pump Duse engine with 140bhp and 320 Nm of the torque.

 

The petrol variant comes with six speed manual gear system.The diesel variant comes with either five speed MT or Optional six speed DSG with a Tiptronic manual gear variation.The new features of offered by new Laura are  a 12 way electrically flexible driver seat with the memory function,the heated front seat,entertainment system, controlled via 6.5″ TFT touch screen with integrated six CD changer and 12 speakers, the Audio controls on steering wheel, double zone climate manage, flexible rear AC vents, the leather upholstery, a retractable rear windscreen, electrically foldable exterior mirrors.
